The roots of Parental Child Abduction is Parental Discrimination and Discrimination of Children's Rights. When you look close into this matter you will find feminism... but many calling on the word Feminism are slaughtered by media, woman and organisation. But more signs are pointing this way. Here a good example. www.sexismbusters.org it is a website of a young-man who was taking school-classes in London. He made a very illustrative short documentary, about the projection of negativity upon men. This is what many fathers in front of courts meet, in a 'battle' against there ex-wife or ex-partner or even against government workers who like to take full control over children. I fact it is always used to abduct children, no matter by whom! And the root of this problem is that governments in western society doesn't apply the children's rights nor the Human-rights or even the European human-rights! This should be considered as BIG time discrimination!!! And noting else! Child abduction is in the first place discrimination of children and their fundamental rights! Second it is discrimination of families! And the parent(s) are in third place! I my opinion we should use lawyers to fight the discrimination at the police and courtrooms!
Why only with Police? Because they should protect all people from discrimination, it is clearly a criminal offence, which should be procecuted! Or else we end up in more discrimination. Why we should fight first the discrimination of our children, because most parents did noting wrong to them! With ex-partners we fight, but not with the child. And it is primarily the child rights who are hurt when there is no or not enough contact and equality! Government workers are obligated to protect children in the first place, not doing exactly that is PLAIN DISCRIMINATION! And like I already sad THAT is not allowed! We shouldn't fight or ex-partners, but the not interfering government worker. He or she in most cases is to blaim for not bringing in the correct view and seed the discrimination of your child!
I hope that parents and families start to understand this! Also families should start complain at the police, if there children are abducted. To isolate children from families is a a clear case of discrimination. Family members have in most cases the right to express their concern about the child and should always ask for help! When not helped by the governement and being ignored, the should take it further to the police, with a discrimination claim of there family member and also include the isolation of the child! This should be fixt in court. But always complain about a person working at the government or youth care. Never about the organisation... The judge will bring it to this level later, when you do it..... The youthcare doesn't fit in a prisoncel! The youthowrker does!!!!
